Hi folks! My name is Nick Allard and I am a physiotherapist in Saskatoon. I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Kinesiology in 2015, and then I continued at the U of S and obtained a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. Since graduating and beginning to work in Saskatoon physiotherapy clinics, I have obtained further education in areas of sports injury rehabilitation, chronic pain rehabilitation and management, and Functional Dry Needling/Intramuscular Stimulation.
My treatment approach involves determining patient goals, and treating symptoms to improve short-term function and pain. Over the long term with patients, I work to determine causes and find solutions for chronic pain and dysfunction, with the goal of providing treatment and education to empower patients to continue living healthy, active lifestyles. Variety is the spice of life; I enjoy working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and stages of their health journey.
I enjoy walking, running, Crossfit, gardening, and experimenting in the kitchen to stay active. Other interests include brewing beer, tending to my plants, and the occasional DIY home reno project.
