Hi everyone, my name is Dr. Kurtis Gryba; I am a Chiropractor and the owner of E3!
I attended the University of Saskatchewan in the College of Kinesiology and continued my graduate studies at the University of Western States in Portland, OR, where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I am excited to return to my hometown of Saskatoon, SK, and be able to serve our community in the field of Chiropractic care!
I grew up an avid athlete, playing on provincial teams for both basketball and football, eventually becoming a member of the University of Saskatchewan Huskie’s football team for five years! I seemed to love playing football more than the game loved me, as playing football resulted in three surgeries on my left knee. Following my battle with injuries, I found myself interested in the field of Chiropractic care and envisioned it as a way I can help others battle their injuries and become stronger than they were before.
My goal is to find the root of your injury and provide outstanding treatment to eliminate your pain at the source. Understanding that everybody is unique and there are many potential causes of someone’s pain, I have taken many continuing education courses to give you the right treatment, at the right time, for the right reason. Depending on the diagnosis of your injury, I tailor a treatment plan to your needs that may consist of:
- Chiropractic adjusting
- The McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT)
- Neurodynamics®
- Selective Functional Movement Assessment® (SFMA)
- Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization®
- Functional Range Conditioning®
- Functional Range Release®
- Cupping
- Strength and Conditioning exercises
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
From my experience with injuries, I understand how debilitating and helpless you can feel after an injury. Through my passion for movement, exercise, and activity, I have made it my mission to help others in my community get out of pain, achieve their goals, perform at their best, and enjoy life!
I enjoy being active by working out, going for walks, and playing recreational sports! First thing in the morning, you can usually find me with a cup of coffee in one hand and a book in the other.
