Your first appointment with your Chiropractor at E3 is your longest appointment!
Our first appointment is an assessment that lasts 45 minutes. In the assessment, we have an in-depth discussion to discover the root causes of your injury and confirm this with a detailed movement exam.
This examination will provide your Chiropractor with the information they need to provide you with the correct treatment and build a comprehensive treatment plan to get you out of pain and back to the activities you love!
Our follow-up sessions are shorter in length, averaging 15 minutes. During these sessions, we will have enough time to recap what has occurred since the previous session, re-evaluate any movements, progress your treatment plan and exercise program, and provide you with the next steps in your recovery.
